1 week or 2 timeframes ideally but open to shorter stays too, minimum 3 nights.

Clean bedlinen and towels will be provided.

Cooking pans and utensils provided, and plates/bowls etc.

Firewood provided but you will be expected to use carefully as expensive, you are welcome to buy more locally at Walter Bailys if needed.

Hot shower, loo roll provided.

Fridge in studio space and cold box in hut.

Easy parking.

Please inquire about pets and partners you hope to accompany you.

Wendy will be generally around and has 2 friendly female dogs.

If you enjoy outdoors work or gardening; there is plenty and it would always be much appreciated.

Village shop in Luxulyan and good pub.

Local shops and town is Lostwithiel. Supermarkets in Bodmin or St Austell.
