Spiritual Accompaniment

Is there a place that draws you back to it again and again? Maybe in your memory or in life.  And there is a connection with it that seems to open your heart, or your soul, as well as your being.  You are alive there. Maybe you have never shared it with anyone, it is private, even sacred but you know something happens when you go there, even for a moment.

Over time you may experience that place in new ways, maybe through the different seasons or by sitting and having extended time to look and feel and be present.  What would it be like to enter into it more deeply, to touch and be in this place rather than an observer of it?  How would it be to share that experience with another person and see what opens up through that conversation, invite a new dynamic into your connection with this place and possibly the landscape of your soul?

Spiritual Direction

As a trained Spiritual Director, with LCSD over 3 years, it is this that I offer.  Not to change your mind or have you walk a certain path, but to see what opens up as you share your experience and go deeper into it.  Who are you with the unique lens you look though?  Where does this connection sit in your body?  How does make an impression on your life, relationships, creativity?

As this is a spiritual accompaniment there is a deep reverence help for the spiritual element of this connection and so may open up questions of where you find your authentic self in relation to all you believe, on the edges, fully immersed, how does this sit with who you are?  What does this make you think about and how do you respond in your body, your life, with your ideas?  Is it hard to find the freedom to journey or a natural pathway?

If you would like to explore this personal and spiritual landscape with me, which would generally look like once a month for an hour, please get in touch and we can arrange an initial conversation and go from there.

(Wendy has also had over 20 years experience working first hand with adults with, addictions, mental health problems, who have suffered abuse and severe neglect and often isolation and also as a foster parent in Tower Hamlets.)
